The Food Group is a hands-on experience that’s one part foodie rendezvous & one part hands-on fun, with a dash of Master Chef mixed in– we won’t know what produce we’re working with until the last minute!  Whether you’re a stranger to the kitchen landscape or brimming with experience to share, come have some fun and learn something at the same time.  The rolling conversation may include nutrition while fasting, celebrating with what’s on hand, getting more from your grocery dollar, and how to make it all easier when we’re busy.  Prepare to drool!
