DEFEATING STRONGHOLDS

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 - “For though we walk in the flesh we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled”.

This course is designed to help us discover the strongholds in our life that are holding us back from enjoying the freedom in Christ we have available to us – old hurts, damaging words that cause us to incorrectly define who we are, old (or new) habits that are harmful to us, to our relationship with other people and with God, generational  bondages that have been passed down from generation to generation, wrong perceptions about the power available through the Holy Spirit, wrong beliefs about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit through false teachings – lies we believe to be truth. All you need for this class a desire to be set free, an open mind and heart to receive what God has for you and  the books Defeating Strongholds of the Mind by Rebecca Greenwood and Shattering Your Strongholds by Liberty Savard.
